These terms govern your use of the product-addons.com website and your purchase and use of the U2Code Product Addons plugin (“the plugin”). By purchasing a license or using this site, you agree to them. product-addons.com is operated by u2code (u2code.com), Lviv, Ukraine (“we”, “us”).
1. The product
U2Code Product Addons is a plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce. Like all WordPress plugins, its code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. Your purchase buys a license key, which controls delivery of automatic updates and premium support — it does not restrict the rights the GPL grants you over the code itself.
2. Purchases and billing
- Checkout and payment are processed by Freemius, our reseller and merchant of record. Your payment details are handled by Freemius and its payment providers; we never see your full card number.
- Annual licenses renew automatically each year until cancelled. You can switch off auto-renewal at any time; the license stays valid for the period already paid, including updates and support.
- Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment for updates and support for the lifetime of the product.
- Prices may change; changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
3. License keys and activations
- Each plan allows the plugin to be active on a set number of sites at once. The system counts active installs, not domain names — you may deactivate a site and activate another at any time.
- License keys are for your own sites or your clients’ sites under your management. Sharing, publishing or reselling keys is not permitted and may lead to deactivation.
4. Updates and support
- An active license receives automatic updates and premium email support for the products it covers.
- Support covers installing, configuring and using the plugin. It does not include custom development, theme styling work, or fixing conflicts caused by third-party code — though we’ll always try to point you in the right direction.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website or the plugin for anything unlawful, not to misrepresent the plugin as your own work when reselling services around it, and not to interfere with the operation of this website or the licensing service.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The plugin is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law (the GPL’s own warranty disclaimer applies to the code). We do not warrant that it will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase or use of the plugin is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Termination
We may deactivate a license obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these terms. You may stop using the plugin at any time; deactivating never removes data from your store.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be announced on this site. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Lviv, Ukraine. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
