The 14-day guarantee
Every purchase made on product-addons.com is covered by a 14-day, 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund the full amount — no questions asked, no forms to justify.
The guarantee applies to every plan, annual and lifetime alike.
How to request a refund
- Email support@product-addons.com or use the contact form.
- Include the email address you purchased with, and your license key or order reference if you have it to hand.
- That’s it. We may ask what didn’t work — purely so we can improve the plugin — but answering is optional and never a condition of the refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 3–5 business days of our confirmation. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.
Renewals
Annual licenses renew automatically so your updates and support never lapse. If a renewal charge takes you by surprise, we’ll refund it — contact us within 14 days of the renewal date. You can also switch off auto-renewal at any time from your account, and your license remains valid for the period already paid.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated: automatic updates and premium support stop working. Any orders your customers placed while the plugin was active are unaffected — their data stays in your store.
